Cancellations - Promotional Rates: Bookings that are discounted more than 15% off are NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment is charged at the time of booking. Reservations can be rescheduled with 48hrs notice, but no cancellations are possible.

Cancellations - Standard Rates: Reservations cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. EXCEPTION: Group bookings of 16+ people are non-refundable with less than SEVEN DAYS notice for change or cancellation. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied for all cancellations with less than 60 days notice. No cancellation fee if you reschedule with at least 48hrs notice.

Deposit: Full payment is due on booking, however it is fully refundable as long as you give us at least 60 days notice, or 90% refundable as long as you give us at least 48hrs notice. No cancellation fee if you reschedule with at least 48hrs notice.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable and can be applied to any of our products or services.

Location - BADGER CHUTE / ASPEN CANOE: Please meet at our Raft Shack at Riverfront Chalets located 20km West of Grand Falls-Windsor on the TransCanada Highway.

Location - EXPLOITS CANYON RAFTING / RATTLING BROOK FLOAT: Please meeting in the upper parking lot at the Salmonid Interpretation Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor. Take Exit 20 and travel South on Scott Ave for ~4km. Turn left at the big salmon statue and follow the paved road. Park beside the big red bus.

Sickness Policy: We Cannot Accommodate Sick Clients - If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your trip. In addition, please follow all public health guidance related to COVID-19

Smoking Policy: For a clean and healthy living environment, we request that individuals that smoke do so in a considerate manner and never around children. Guests may smoke on the river when we stop on shore, but we ask that they collect their butts in Ziploc bag to protect the environment.

Waiver: In order to participate in our adventure activities each participant will be required to fill out a full waiver online. For guests under 18 years old, their legal guardian must sign on their behalf.

Water Levels: It is possible that we may have to cancel a rafting trip with little or no notice if the water levels are dangerously high. In the event your rafting trip is cancelled for safety reasons you will receive a full refund for your rafting trip.

Weather Policy for Rafting Trips: Whitewater rafting is an all-weather activity, and it is very rare that we are forced to cancel a trip due to weather. In the unlikely event that we deem the weather unacceptable for rafting, we will refund any monies paid with no penalty.

Wetsuits: Wetsuits rentals are available at no cost with our whitewater rafting trips. Sizing is somewhat limited, so if you would like a wetsuit, please book in advance. Wetsuits are generally NOT needed in July and August.
